The bill aims at bringing the existing legislative acts of Ukraine in line with legislation requirements due to introduction of the system of state registration of property rights to immovable property.
17 suggestions from the subjects of legislative initiative were received during preparation of the bill for the second reading. The majority of suggestions were included.
Committee members believe that implementation of bill provisions shall normalize the provisions of other legislative acts that regulate public relations in the sphere of property turnover. This shall result into a full-fledged and effective functioning of the system of state registration of property rights to immovable property
